Our founding team saw the same pattern across projects: strong engineering teams were spending too much time on repetitive model checks, coordination summaries, and clarification requests that could have been resolved faster with better access to model intelligence. Existing BIM tools offered depth, but they were hard to scale across stakeholders who needed answers quickly. BimEx exists to close that gap by turning model data into clear, verifiable responses that can be consumed by project managers, coordinators, and technical leads in the same workflow.

The platform combines a model-aware data layer with natural-language interaction so teams can ask practical questions and get traceable results.
